Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any service concerns politely.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and grooming standards.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Willing to work in flexible shifts and across Mumbai outlets.
