About the Role
Inventory Executives maintain accurate stock records across warehouses and stores through cycle counts, reconciliations and system updates. The role helps prevent stock-outs, excess inventory and write-offs. It suits detail-oriented professionals in Ahmedabad with a commerce or supply chain background who are comfortable working between the warehouse floor and the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification
- Reconcile system stock with physical inventory and investigate variances
- Monitor ageing, slow-moving and near-expiry stock
- Process GRNs, stock transfers and adjustments in the ERP
- Prepare inventory MIS for operations and finance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in commerce or a related field
- 1+ year in inventory control or stores
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Tally
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
Inventory experience in pharma, FMCG or retail distribution.
