About the Role
Warehouse Associates handle the day-to-day movement of goods in a distribution centre, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch. The role is open to freshers and early-career candidates who are reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable with shift work. Bhiwandi's warehousing hub offers a practical path into supervisory and inventory roles. Accuracy and teamwork matter on every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload, check and record incoming shipments
- Put away stock in designated locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately against pick lists
- Use handheld scanners and the WMS to record movements
- Follow safety, housekeeping and material handling procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10th or 12th pass; freshers welcome
- Basic reading and counting skills; basic computer familiarity is a plus
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- Safety-conscious and dependable
Preferred Experience
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG or 3PL warehouses.
