About the Role
Logistics Coordinators plan and track inbound and outbound shipments so materials and finished goods move on time and within cost. The role works with transporters, warehouses, plants and customers to resolve delays and maintain documentation. It suits logistics professionals in Pune who are organised, quick to follow up and comfortable with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule shipments with transporters and warehouses
- Track consignments and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Prepare and verify e-way bills, invoices and LR documents
- Resolve delays, damages and short deliveries with vendors
- Maintain shipment MIS and freight cost records
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; supply chain certification is an advantage
- 2+ years in logistics coordination or transport operations
- Working knowledge of GST e-way bills and shipping documentation
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or TMS
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, automotive or 3PL logistics.
