The Assistant Project Manager supports delivery of residential or commercial construction projects across planning, execution, quality and safety. The role coordinates contractors, consultants and site engineers while tracking schedule and cost. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor construction schedules and site progress
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and site engineering teams
- Track quantities, bills and material reconciliation
- Enforce quality checks and safety compliance on site
- Prepare progress reports and support client and management reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years in building construction execution
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera
- Understanding of quality and safety standards
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
Preferred Experience
Experience on high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
