Business Development Manager — Interior Fit-out

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Thane for a commercial interior fit-out and design-build firm that delivers office and commercial interiors. The role generates and converts leads into fit-out projects, builds relationships with architects, builders and corporate clients, and explains modern interior design concepts to prospects. It suits sales professionals with an interior fit-out background, a strong market network and a proven record of closing commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for corporate and commercial interior projects through networking, cold calling, social media and digital channels
• Meet prospective clients, understand requirements and submit proposals
• Follow up on leads, negotiate and close projects against sales targets
• Build relationships with architects, builders, developers and corporate decision-makers
• Grow existing accounts through referrals and additional services
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and market studies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 5–7 years in business development, ideally in interior fit-out or design-build
• Proven record of sourcing corporate and commercial interior projects
• Strong network with architects, builders and commercial clients
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Experience

Business development for corporate office and commercial interior fit-out projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
