About the Role
Bartenders run the bar counter in resorts, beach clubs and hotel lounges, preparing classic and signature drinks while keeping guests engaged. In Goa's leisure market the role combines mixology skills with strong hospitality and responsible service. It suits bartenders who take pride in consistency, speed during peak hours and maintaining a well-stocked, compliant bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails and beverages to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain bar stock, par levels and daily consumption records
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and licensing rules
- Keep the bar, glassware and equipment clean and organised
- Recommend drinks and engage guests to build repeat visits
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, bar or lounge
- Working knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and classic cocktails
- Ability to handle high-volume service and late shifts
- Good communication skills in English
- Bartending certification or formal training is an advantage
Preferred Experience
Experience in a beach resort, nightlife venue or premium hotel bar.
