About the Role
F&B Service Associates deliver the day-to-day guest experience in restaurants, bars, in-room dining and banquets. The role covers order taking, food and beverage service and maintaining service areas to standard. It is suited to service professionals in Kochi who enjoy guest interaction and want to build a career path towards captain and outlet supervisor roles in hotels or premium restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages according to outlet service standards
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Set up and clear tables, buffets and service stations
- Process bills and payments through the POS system
- Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate complaints when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in hospitality, or 1+ year of service experience
- Good spoken English; Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage
- Pleasant, well-groomed and guest-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of menus, beverages and table service
- Ability to work rotational and late-evening shifts
Preferred Experience
Experience in hotel outlets, cafés or a quick-service brand with table service.
