About the Role
Collections Executives in Navi Mumbai follow up with homebuyers on milestone payments as construction progresses. The role raises demand letters, tracks receipts, coordinates with banks on loan disbursements and keeps customers informed in a courteous, professional manner. It suits detail-oriented candidates with CRM or accounts experience who are comfortable with regular customer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise milestone demand letters and payment reminders
- Follow up with customers and banks on pending payments
- Reconcile receipts with the accounts team
- Maintain customer ledgers and collection reports
- Escalate overdue accounts as per company policy
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in commerce or a related field
- 1+ year in collections, CRM or accounts
- Understanding of home loan disbursement processes
- Good communication in Hindi, Marathi and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Experience
Collections experience with a residential developer.
