About the Role
The Contracts and Commercial Manager handles tendering, contractor negotiations, contract administration and cost control for construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs and contract terms
- Evaluate bids and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Administer contracts, variations and claims
- Monitor project cost against budget and cash flow
- Certify contractor bills and support final account closure
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a degree in quantity surveying
- 8+ years in contracts, QS or commercial management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Excellent negotiation and documentation skills
- Proficiency with estimation and ERP tools
Preferred Experience
Commercial experience with a developer or large construction contractor.
