Fit-out Project Manager

About the Role

Fit-out Project Managers in New Delhi deliver interior projects for offices, retail stores and hospitality spaces. The role manages design coordination, contractors, procurement, budgets and timelines from site handover to completion. It suits experienced interior and fit-out professionals who can manage several stakeholders, keep quality high and hand over spaces on schedule for client occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage fit-out projects from handover to completion
• Coordinate designers, consultants and MEP and civil contractors
• Track budgets, procurement and change orders
• Monitor quality, snagging and safety on site
• Report progress to clients and leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or interior design
• 7+ years in interior fit-out, including project leadership
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and MEP coordination
• Experience with MS Project or similar planning tools
• Excellent client and contractor management skills

Preferred Experience

Corporate office or retail fit-out experience in Delhi NCR.
