Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning rooms, villas and bathrooms to resort standards
- Keep pool decks, beach-facing areas and lobbies tidy
- Deliver linen, towels and amenities across the property
- Support turndown service in the evenings
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers welcome; housekeeping training is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors and in warm weather
- Willingness to work seasonal peaks, weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
- Basic Konkani, Hindi or English
Preferred Experience
Experience in a resort, homestay or boutique hotel in Goa.
