About the Role
Last-Mile Delivery Supervisors in Bengaluru run a delivery hub, making sure parcels reach customers on time every day. The role manages delivery associates, plans routes, tracks first-attempt success and resolves returns and customer escalations. It suits candidates with hub or delivery operations experience who are energetic, hands-on and comfortable with daily targets and early starts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily routes and allocate shipments to delivery associates
- Monitor delivery success, returns and cash-on-delivery reconciliation
- Manage attendance, productivity and onboarding of riders
- Resolve customer escalations and failed deliveries
- Maintain hub hygiene, safety and records
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years in last-mile, hub or courier operations
- Experience managing a team of delivery associates
- Comfortable with delivery apps and Excel reports
- Kannada and Hindi communication is an advantage
Preferred Experience
Hub operations experience with e-commerce, quick commerce or courier companies.
