MEP Engineer

About the Role

MEP Engineers in Ahmedabad supervise mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on residential and commercial buildings. The role reviews drawings, coordinates services with civil teams, checks installation quality and supports testing and commissioning. It suits engineers with site experience across building services who can resolve clashes, manage contractors and keep MEP works on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings and coordinate services with civil and interior works
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting installations
• Check material approvals and installation quality
• Track MEP progress and contractor billing
• Support testing, commissioning and handover documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years in building MEP execution
• Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Ability to read MEP and coordination drawings
• Good coordination and reporting skills

Preferred Experience

MEP experience on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
