About the Role
The Operations Manager oversees business operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently and profitably. The role manages teams, processes, SLAs and cost while working with leadership on planning and improvement. It suits operations leaders in Delhi NCR with experience in service delivery or shared services who are comfortable with metrics and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, team performance and service levels
- Define and improve processes, SOPs and quality controls
- Track operational KPIs, cost and productivity
- Lead workforce planning, rostering and training
- Report performance and improvement plans to leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate; MBA in operations or business preferred
- 8+ years in operations, including at least 3 years managing teams
- Experience with SLAs, KPIs and process improvement methods
- Strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience
Operations leadership in services, BPM or multi-location businesses.
