About the Role

Quantity Surveyors in Pune manage quantities, costs and contractor billing for building projects. The role prepares estimates and BOQs, measures work on site, certifies bills and tracks variations against budgets. It suits civil engineers or QS professionals with solid construction billing experience who are accurate with numbers and comfortable working with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates and BOQs from drawings
• Measure executed work and verify contractor bills
• Track variations, extra items and material reconciliation
• Monitor project cost against approved budgets
• Support tendering and rate analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a QS qualification
• 3+ years in quantity surveying or billing
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and rate analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and good documentation skills

Preferred Experience

QS experience with a developer or building contractor.
