About the Role
The Recruitment Manager leads a recruitment team and owns delivery across multiple business units or client accounts. The role sets hiring strategy, manages stakeholders, monitors metrics and develops recruiters. It suits experienced talent acquisition leaders in Mumbai who have delivered volume and leadership hiring and can build efficient, data-driven recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of recruiters and allocate requirements
- Agree hiring plans, SLAs and priorities with business leaders
- Monitor pipeline, time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Manage job portal subscriptions, agencies and hiring budgets
- Coach recruiters and improve sourcing and screening processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate; MBA in HR preferred
- 8+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years leading a team
- Experience across volume, specialist and senior hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics
Preferred Experience
Recruitment leadership in a staffing, RPO or search firm, or an in-house TA function.
