About the Role
The Regional Logistics Manager leads warehousing and transportation across a region, overseeing multiple sites, 3PL partners and logistics budgets. The role is accountable for service levels, cost per unit, safety and compliance. It suits senior logistics leaders based in Bengaluru with experience managing multi-site distribution networks across South India. Strong partnerships with 3PLs are central.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional warehousing and transportation operations
- Manage 3PL contracts, SLAs and performance reviews
- Own the regional logistics budget and cost per unit
- Plan network capacity for growth, peaks and new launches
- Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement across sites
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or commerce; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in logistics, with at least 4 years managing multiple sites
- Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management experience
- Data-driven approach with strong reporting skills
- Leadership of large, distributed teams
Preferred Experience
Regional logistics leadership in e-commerce, FMCG or retail.
