Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests while balancing covers across service sections
- Manage reservations, waitlists and table allocation
- Coordinate with captains on table readiness and special occasions
- Answer phone and online booking enquiries courteously
- Record guest preferences and feedback for the restaurant team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers with hospitality training welcome; up to 2 years of experience preferred
- Excellent spoken English and a warm, professional presence
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with reservation software is a plus
- Calm approach during busy service periods
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Experience
Exposure to fine-dining, premium casual or hotel restaurants in Mumbai.
