Senior Project Manager — Construction

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of large construction projects, accountable for schedule, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder management. The role manages project teams, contractors and consultants and reports to senior leadership. It suits experienced construction leaders in Delhi NCR who have delivered large residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and handover for large developments
• Own project budget, schedule and risk management
• Manage contractors, consultants and statutory approvals
• Drive quality, safety and environmental compliance
• Lead and develop the project management team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; PMP or postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• 12+ years in construction, with at least 5 years leading projects
• Proven delivery of large-scale building projects
• Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder skills
• Experience with Primavera and project controls

Preferred Experience

Leadership on high-rise or mixed-use projects in Delhi NCR.
