Site In-Charge — Civil & Interior

About the Role

We are hiring a Site In-Charge for civil and interior works in Chennai for a commercial interior fit-out and design-build firm. The role manages commercial office fit-out sites from mobilisation to handover, coordinating contractors, materials and sequencing while controlling cost, quality, safety and time. It suits engineers with hands-on experience delivering office fit-outs for general contracting or design-and-build projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fit-out construction activities to specifications, codes and safety rules
• Mobilise work and integrate composite works and directly procured items into the schedule
• Track cost, quality, EHS and timelines on site
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to standard
• Identify risks early to avoid delays, cost overruns and safety hazards
• Lead snagging, rectification, as-built and project closure documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years in commercial office fit-out site management
• Experience on GC or design-and-build projects
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple sites at different stages

Office fit-out execution for corporate clients in Chennai.
