Sourcing Manager

About the Role

Sourcing Managers generate site visits for residential projects through channel partners, corporate tie-ups and on-ground activations. The role builds and activates a broker network, plans sourcing activities and tracks walk-in quality. It suits field-oriented real estate professionals in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region who have strong broker relationships and enjoy business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and activate a network of channel partners and brokers
• Plan corporate, society and on-ground sourcing activations
• Drive qualified site visits against weekly targets
• Track channel partner performance and brokerage processing
• Share competitor pricing and offer intelligence with the sales team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA is an advantage
• 3+ years in real estate sourcing or channel sales
• Established channel partner network in Navi Mumbai or the wider MMR
• Two-wheeler or own conveyance preferred for field work
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

Sourcing for residential projects with active broker engagement programmes.
