The Spa Manager runs the commercial and operational side of a hotel or standalone spa, from treatment menus and therapist scheduling to revenue and retail targets. The role is accountable for guest experience, hygiene standards and team development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, scheduling and treatment room utilisation
- Drive treatment and retail revenue against monthly targets
- Recruit, train and evaluate therapists and receptionists
- Maintain hygiene, safety and product quality standards
- Develop promotions, packages and partnerships to grow footfall
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, wellness or spa management
- 6+ years in spa operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, products and protocols
- Commercial skills in pricing, promotions and P&L tracking
- Excellent leadership and guest-handling skills
Preferred Experience
Experience managing a hotel spa or a premium urban day spa.
