Spa Therapists deliver massage, body and wellness treatments in resort and hotel spas, following set protocols for hygiene, comfort and guest safety. Key Responsibilities
- Perform massages and body treatments according to spa protocols
- Conduct guest consultations and record health contraindications
- Prepare treatment rooms, linen and products before each session
- Recommend treatments and retail products to guests
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in treatment areas
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recognised certification in massage or spa therapy (for example CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent)
- 1+ year of experience in a hotel, resort or day spa
- Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue and Balinese techniques
- Good communication skills in English
- Professional, discreet and guest-focused manner
Preferred Experience
Experience in a resort spa or international spa brand.
