About the Role
Warehouse Supervisors run shift operations in a distribution centre, managing associates, productivity, inventory accuracy and dispatch timelines. The role ensures safety and process discipline across receiving, storage and order fulfilment. It suits warehouse professionals in Delhi NCR who have led teams on the floor and are comfortable working with WMS and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise shift activities across inbound, storage and outbound
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance and productivity
- Monitor order fill rate, dispatch TAT and inventory accuracy
- Enforce safety, 5S and material handling standards
- Prepare shift reports and drive process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate; diploma or certification in logistics is an advantage
- 4+ years in warehouse operations, including supervisory experience
- Hands-on experience with WMS and handheld scanners
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
Preferred Experience
Supervision in large e-commerce, FMCG or 3PL distribution centres.
